Welcome to the Wylie High School Band – Performing Tour to Orlando – March 7-10, 2020!

This will be the page that you will go to for updated information about this tour, itineraries, payment information, etc. Registration and Payment information is on the top half of this page. Itinerary and trip details are listed on the bottom of this page.  

Your registration AND FIRST PAYMENT deadline is May 15, 2019!  

EVERYONE MUST REGISTER ONLINE USING THIS WEBSITE EVEN IF YOU MAKE YOUR PAYMENTS BY MAIL. 

PAYMENTS BY MAIL (Two Options):

PLEASE complete the online registration form listed below.  For payment plans by mail, please use the mailing address information below, and the payment amounts and due dates listed in the "Pricing" section below.  By completing the online registration form you gain access to your account online.  You will not need to make online payments if you are paying by mail, but this will allow you to monitor the status of your account and receive email noticications about the trip.  Checks sent by mail should have the student's name and "Wylie Band" on the memo line.  

BANK BILL PAY: If you do choose the payment plan to pay by mail, please consider using your own bank's bill pay system to automatically send your payment checks in the mail. You can be certain that your payments will always be on time and your bank will let you schedule them to be delivered automatically. Be certain to add the traveler's name and school "Wylie Band" as the "account number" or in the memo line. Thank you!

*Please note that the tour price listed on the main page of this website reflects a 3% convenience fee, and is implemented ONLY for payments generated online. ALL PAYMENTS must be made by checks in order to get the $45 discount!

PRICING is based upon the date Feat Travel receives (or postmarked) the first payment (or payment in full): 


  • 1st Payment, or payment in full received (or postmarked) by May 15, 2019:
  • $1490.00 Per Student ($1535.00 online)
  • Parents can pay in full or
  • Parents can choose the following payment plan
    • $200.00 Due May 15, 2019 (NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) OR $245 if paying online by Credit Card
    • $215.00 Due June 15, 2019
    • $215.00 Due July 15, 2019
    • $215.00 Due August 15, 2019
    • $215.00 Due September 15, 2019
    • $215.00 Due October 15, 2019
    • $215.00 Due November 15, 2019
    • Late Fee: $30 late fee for payments not received (or postmarked) by the 15th of each month on plan (excluding May 2019) A late May 2019 payment would move the student into a different pricing category (see below)
    • If last payment is not received (or postmarked) by November 15th, 2019 an additional late fee of $250 will be assessed.
    • If all payments are not received (or postmarked) by January 6th, 2020, Feat Travel reserves the right to cancel the student from the tour and issue a refund based upon the published cancellation terms.

  • $1590.00 Per Student ($1635.00 online)
  • Parents can pay in full or
  • Parents can choose the following payment plan
    • $290.00 Due June 15, 2019  (NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT) OR $345 if paying online by Credit Card
    • $240.00 Due July 15, 2019
    • $240.00 Due August 15, 2019
    • $240.00 Due September 15, 2019
    • $240.00 Due October 15, 2019
    • $240.00 Due November 15, 2019
    • Late Fee: $30 late fee for payments not received (or postmarked) by the 15th of each month on plan (excluding June 2019) A late April 2019 payment would move the student into a higher pricing category (see below)
    • If last payment is not received (or postmarked) by November 15th, 2019 an additional late fee of $250 will be assessed.
    • If all payments are not received (or postmarked) by January 6th, 2020, Feat Travel reserves the right to cancel the student from the tour and issue a refund based upon the published cancellation terms.

 

  • Payment in full received (or postmarked) between June 16, 2019 and January 3, 2020:
  • $1700.00 Per Student  ($1750.00 online)
  • Parents must pay in full.
  • Payment plan not available.

** If you'd like to have a room  as a "Triple" (only 3 people), the additional cost would be $60/person

** If you'd like to have a room  as a "Double" (only 2 people), the additional cost would be $150/person

** If you'd like to have a room as a "Single" (only 1 person), the additional cost would be $400/person

THE ITINERARY

Day 1: March 7, 2020 (Saturday):

-Leave Wylie High School early morning. Depart from Dallas Airport, Arrive in Orlando, Lunch on your own, Check in at Pop Century Resort. Half-day Disney Park, Hollywood Studios. Dinner meal voucher or Disney dinning card. Watch the closing show and return to hotel for some rest.

 Day 2: March 8, 2020 (Sunday): 


-Breakfast, Today the Band will be performing and taking part in the World's Famous Magic Kingdom Parade, We will provide each student with two meal vouchers for Lunch and Dinner or a Disney dinning card, Return to Hotel after the Fireworks Show!

 Day 3: March 9, 2020 (Monday):

-Breakfast, Today we will treat the students with a visit to Universal Studios and have the chance to go to the  Amazing Wizarding World of Harry Potter! We will distribute two meal vouchers for lunch and dinner. Afterwards we will return to the hotel.

 Day 4: March 10, 2020 (Tuesday): 


-Breakfast, Hotel Check-Out, Half Day visit to Animal Kingdom and Pandora; The World of Avatar! Everyone will get a meal voucher for lunch or a Disney Dinning card. We will then head to Orlando airport for an early evening  flight back to Dallas, before ending our journey on a motorcoach ride back to Wylie High School.

  • One Carry-on + One Personal item (e.g., purse, small backpack, etc.): Dimensions must not exceed 16 x 13 x 8 inches (40 x 33 x 20 cm) including handles and wheels.

 NOT INCLUDED:

  • Travel Insurance (But available as an "option" at the bottom of this page)
  • Checked luggage

 NOTES:

  • Trip Cancellation Assurance Program for Wylie High School - Cancellation for any reason, families will receive the following based on their date of cancellation which must be made in writing by email to info@feattravel.com
    1. Cancel before July 15, 2019, you will have a 100% refund
 after the non-refundable deposit.
    2. Cancel between July 16, 2019 and December 5, 2019, you will
 have a 50% refund, after the non-refundable deposit. 

    3. Cancel between December 6, 2019 and date of departure, you will have no refund.
    4. Credit Cards:  Payment by credit card is accepted but is subject to an additional 3% recovery fee to cover the cost of the transaction. Refunds (for any reason) issued from payments made by credit cards will be reduced by 3%

      5.  All refunds amounts and cancelation dates listed are based upon being current on the payment plan or paid in full. 

  • Flight Budget: $500 per person (paid and free). If flights are unobtainable below this threshold, Feat Travel reserves the right to return 100% of funds received from the School or Passengers. In the alternative, a surcharge can be added which each Passenger must agree upon. 

  • Chronological order of activities subject to change to accommodate large group size 
and local conditions
  • 100 paying Passengers Maximum (includes students, parents, and teachers)
